Our offerings support the AAC journey by integrating the use of AAC into meaningful and engaging activities, connecting kids and families, and building community.
AAC Toolkits
Exclusive access to monthly content designed specifically to inspire and support the use of AAC through meaningful activities, stories, and interactions. AAC Toolkits are for an individual log-in, intended to apply for a single AAC user, their family, and caregivers. Please contact Heart Speak Journeys to request a quote if subscribing for more than one individual AAC user, for instance, a classroom.
Virtual Hangouts, Clubs, & Connections
Virtual Hangouts are focused on kids and youth who use AAC. Let’s create, learn, and have fun together! Drop-in options typically available.
Virtual Clubs are open to kids and youth who use AAC who are committed to a weekly or monthly series to complete a group endeavor.
Virtual Connections are offerings for kids, their family, friends, and/or caregivers. Virtual Connections help the community learn and feel more confident in using AAC, thereby supporting and honoring the communication of the child they love.
